This policy does not affect your statutory consumer rights.
Right of Withdrawal / Change of Mind
For online orders, you may have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days after receiving your order, without giving a reason.
To request a return, please contact us first at order@lasgaros.com before sending the item back. Please do not return any item without contacting us first.
Returned items must be unused, unworn, undamaged, and in the same condition in which you received them. They must also be returned in their original packaging.
Jewellery must not show any signs of wear, scratches, deformation, alteration, resizing, repair, exposure to perfume, cosmetics, moisture, chemicals, or any other marks or damage that would prevent the item from being sold as new.
You may inspect the item only as you would normally be allowed to do in a physical shop. If the item has been handled or used beyond what is necessary to inspect its nature, characteristics, and functioning, we may reduce the refund to reflect any loss in value. Where permitted by applicable law, we may refuse a return if the item is no longer in returnable condition.
Custom, Personalised, and Private Orders
Custom-made, personalised, engraved, resized, modified, or private-order items cannot be returned simply because of a change of mind.
This does not affect your rights if the item arrives damaged, defective, or not as described.
Earrings, Piercing Jewellery, and Hygiene-Sensitive Items
For hygiene reasons, earrings, piercing jewellery, and other hygiene-sensitive items can only be returned if they are unused and, where supplied with a hygiene seal or protective packaging, the seal or packaging has not been opened, removed, or damaged.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order immediately after receiving it.
If the item is damaged, defective, or not the item you ordered, contact us as soon as possible at order@lasgaros.com. Please include your order details and, if possible, clear photos of the issue.
We will review the situation and offer an appropriate solution, such as repair, replacement, exchange, or refund, depending on the case and in accordance with applicable consumer law.
Returns
Once your returned item is received, we will inspect it carefully.
We may refuse a return or reduce the refund if the item shows signs of wear, scratches, deformation, alteration, resizing, repair, damage, dirt, odours, exposure to perfume, cosmetics, moisture, chemicals, or any other signs of use after delivery.
If the return is approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method.
Refunds are usually issued within 14 days after we receive the returned item or receive proof that the item has been sent back.
Late or Missing Refunds
If your refund has been approved but you have not received it yet, please follow these steps:
- Check your bank account again.
- Contact your card issuer or payment provider — it may take some time before the refund is officially posted.
- Contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund appears in your account.

Sale Items
Discounted or sale items are handled according to the same statutory consumer rights as regular-priced items.
However, promotional discounts, sale prices, or special offers do not create additional return rights beyond this policy and applicable consumer law.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, incorrect, or if an exchange has been agreed with us in advance.

Return Shipping
For returns due to change of mind, you are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless otherwise agreed with us.
Shipping costs are non-refundable, except where required by applicable consumer law or where the return is due to our error.
We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service and keeping proof of postage. We cannot be responsible for returned items that are lost or damaged in transit.
